OOAK Barbie with complete repaint and partial rerooting, made for participation in the DDCI Contest on November 27, 2011 in Calenzano.

Theme: "Meringone"

The dress, entirely made by hand, is composed of a fluffy skirt in white satin decorated with embroidered applications, white lace (which symbolizes the paper tray) and brown (which symbolizes cocoa powder).

The bodice was made using clay modeled directly on the doll's body to make it a "strawberry". It was later decorated with gold-yellow rocailles that act as seeds and with embroidered leaves.

The hairstyle has been enriched with a rerooting of chocolate brown strands, then adorned with a cupcake and with handmade Fimo strawberries.
Like the strawberries, the cupcake is entirely handmade.
